The children met with Sir Tony Cunningham on 12th September 2014 to discuss their campaign for Walter Tull to be posthumously awarded his medal.

It went very well and the children were wonderful.

Mr Cunningham is going to write a letter to the Secretary of State for Defence and will take our petition to the House of Commons.

We all really appreciate him taking the time to visit us and offer his support in our campaign.
