Tullie House Workshop
The children took part in a workshop all about Ancient Egypt.
They looked at a variety of real and replica Egyptian objects and pretended to be archaeologists.
They created headdresses using images of Ancient Egyptian gods and goddesses.
In addition, the children wrote messages in hieroglyphics and pretended to mummify a body.
At the end they took part in a ceremony to send the mummy into the afterlife.
We had a great time!
