Pushes and Pulls

As part of our new science topic on Forces and Magnets, we went into our school hall to investigate forces in action.

Our lesson was fun and this is what we discovered:

* A force is a push or a pull.

* Force can cause on object to stop or start.

* Force can cause an object to speed up or slow down.

* Force can cause an object to change shape or direction.

* Gravity is a force.

* Force is measured in Newtons (N).
