Switches

Today the children learned how to make a simple switch. We noticed that a paperclip works well as a switch, as it is a conductor. They discovered that when the paperclip is not connected to both the split pins, the bulb will not light up.

Then the children created these lovely pictures to demonstrate how a light switch works!
