In our first few weeks in 4JWa we read There's a Pharaoh In Our Bath! by Jeremy Strong.

We did lots of writing based on the story, including when learning about different types of punctuation and how to use conjunctions.

Most of us enjoyed the story because it was funny and we learned about Ancient Egypt.
