We wanted to conduct an experiment to find out what a plant needs to survive.

We thought that a plant would need soil, water and light therefore on our plan we used these as our variables.

   

From this we set a question:

If we change soil, light or water what will happen to the plant?

We had a control plant with soil, light and water and 3 other plants with one variable changed.

Plant A - No water	Plant B - No soil	Plant C - No light

The changes were observed over the next 14 days.
