1/2 JC have been looking at how to become healtier and identified that it requires both exercise and diet to be effective.

Not only have we been trying to improve our fittness but also we have tried out this awesome recipe for a cous cous salad.

We poured boiling water on the cous cous and covered it with cling film to create an oven, then we chopped onions, cucumber and peppers into little cubes. After that we quartered the tomatoes and added them all into the cous cous mixture.

Finally we mixed balsamic vineger with oil to make a tasty dressing, drizzled that over with a touch of salt and cayenne pepper!

Delicious!

Well not all of us thought so!
