Local Walk

This half term we are learning about Earth and Space.

We have begun by thinking about our place in the world.

We have talked about where we live and are creating our own maps of our journeys to school from home.

To help us with this we went on a walk around our local environment to see all the different things we might pass on the way to school.

We looked at all the different types of buildings and natural things around us.

On our way back we walked past the playground, well we had to stop for a little play!

When we got back to school we had a chat to each other about what we saw on our walk.
