Autumn Walk

We had a lovely time on our first class trip out.

We saw how the leaves are changing colour and falling from the trees, we listened to the crunchy sound the leaves made when we walked on them.

We stood on the bridge and watched some swans with their signets.

We even had to rescue a butterfly who had a sore wing and talked about being very careful with insects.

We did some fantastic teamwork and collected lots of natural objects to take back to school and explore.

We had our fruit while we were out and some of us decided to plant our apple seeds in the soil!

We then talked about trees and what they need to grow.

We had a brilliant walk but we were very tired when we got back to school!
