Christmas Fun

We have had lots of fun making Christmas things to take home for our parents.

We even tested what we had learned in science by doing a Christmas crispy cake experiment.

We put the bar of chocolate, a solid, into the microwave. When it was heated up, the chocolate melted and became a liquid.
This is a reversible change as the chocolate became a solid again when it cooled.

We also mixed icing sugar and water together to create a mixture.

We used the chocolate to make crispy cakes and poured the icing on the top like snow.

Then we decorated them. Finally, we took the crispy cakes home to eat! Yum!
