3D Sculptures

This term we are learning about 3D sculptures.  We looked at sculptures made by Alberto Giacometti.

Then we went outside and sketched our friends moving around.

We used clay, lolly sticks, masking tape, Modroc and paint to make our own sculptures.

We particularly enjoyed learning how to use Modroc, but it was very messy!

These pictures show each step in the creation of our sculptures.

We decided to display our sculptures in 5JW's art gallery!
