Gymnastics

We are working towards our Level 1 certificate in Gymnastics.

We have been running in different directions, not bumping into anyone else and stopping when told.

We have to run fast and slow, high and low.

   

   


We have to roll, travel, balance and climb, as well as jumping and landing safely without falling over.

   

       

       

       

       

       

   

       


We always start with a warm up and finish with a cool down.
