All the children in the Foundation Stage took part in CBeebies Big Reading Adventure.

They had to listen to five different stories and complete activities.

For each story they listened to and each activity they completed they achieved a sticker on a chart.

Once all the stickers were collected they received a certificate to say that they had completed the challenge.

The first story was about the Octonauts, we had great fun making hats, colouring in our Octoalerts and pictures.

Our second story was Tree Fu Tom, we made magic power bands.

To get them to work we had to do magic moves.

Our third story was about Peter Rabbit and his Friends.

We had to count the correct number of fruit and vegetables and match them to the correct numeral.

Our fourth story was Swashbuckler.

We had great fun making treasure maps and pirate flag drinking straws.

Our fifth story was Sarah & Duck.

One of our homework activities was to cut out and make a duck, look out for our ducks making an appearance soon!

Yippee we did it!!!  We all received our completed sticker chart, bookmark and certificate.

A big well done to everyone who took part.
