World Book Day

We dressed up to celebrate World Book Day

We talked about our favourite books and each time Mr Warbrick rang the school bell, we stopped what we were doing and
read the books we had brought from home.

Then we looked at books by Neil Gaiman. We read Crazy Hair and The Wolves in the Walls

We liked them both, but The Wolves in the Walls was our favourite.

We loved the illustrations and decided to try and draw them ourselves

We loved the colours that Dave McKean used in the book and we tried to mix the same shades using water colour pencils.

We think our paintings are fantastic!
