Whinlatter Trip
As part of our Geography field trip, we went to Whinlatter to complete a range of activities. We started with Star Orienteering and for the rest of the day we climbed up Seat How.
This 3.5 mile circular walk takes in spectacular views of both Derwentwater and Bassenthwaite Lake as well as the Skiddaw and Helvellyn mountain ranges. As we climbed up, we identified a range of human and physical features and recorded lots of 6 grid reference points.
We are so proud of ourselves reaching the summit! We really made Miss Crook and Mrs Beecroft proud!
