Microorganisms - Working Scientifically

After learning about microorganisms, we used our "Working Scientifically" skills to investigate which conditions allow mould (fungi) to grow quicker. We observed our sealed bread daily to check for mould spores.

It was useful to know what makes mould grow so that we can stop it happening as fast, and keep our food fresher for longer.
