Preparing Vegetables for Soup

We have been learning where our food comes from and how to keep ourselves healthy.

We now know we need a rainbow of colours of fruit and vegetables and we should be trying to have 5 portions a day!

We learned an easy way of eating lots of those portions ... by making soup!

We prepared our vegetables and cut them really small.

Mrs Armstrong is going to boil them up and finish our yummy soup.
