Mr Heron came in to talk to us about the RNLI on our non-uniform day.

He talked about the different class of lifeboats.

And showed us lots of different equipment that the RNLI uses to save lives.

We got to try some of it on.

We met some of Mr Heron's friends.

Back in class we coloured some lifeboat pictures in, we then decided to build our own lifeboat
and pretend to rescue people from the sea.

It's not as easy as it looks!

Thumbs up for Mr Heron and all the people who do a great job manning the lifeboats to help keep us safe.
